ABOUT ME

In the beginning of my career as a nurse in the intensive care of head traumatology, I learned that the life we take for granted is actually a gift.

I learned that the balance is tenuous and at any moment everything changes. We all know that, but the daily confrontation with cases that touch us deeply, make my work a daily reflection on the blessing of what it means to be healthy. There are factors external to us that we cannot control or prevent, such as accidents, congenital diseases and many other diseases. However, we also know that there are factors that we can control by changing our attitude towards life.

Taking care of individual and collective health should be natural, instinctive. Cultivating and disseminating healthy habits is a responsibility accessible to all, translated into simple things like taking care of food, rest, sleep, physical body, mind, spirit, friendship, compassion, free time...

Lack of time or tiredness are the most frequent excuse for not taking care of your body and mind. Overt signs of tiredness and wear are ignored and only when the disease sets in, or an emotional shock shakes the structure, we stop to think.
