ABOUT ME

In the beginning of my career as a nurse in the intensive care of head traumatology, I learned that the life we take for granted is actually a gift.

I learned that the balance is tenuous and at any moment everything changes. We all know that, but the daily confrontation with cases that touch us deeply, make my work a daily reflection on the blessing of what it means to be healthy. There are factors external to us that we cannot control or prevent, such as accidents, congenital diseases and many other diseases. However, we also know that there are factors that we can control by changing our attitude towards life.

Taking care of individual and collective health should be natural, instinctive. Cultivating and disseminating healthy habits is a responsibility accessible to all, translated into simple things like taking care of food, rest, sleep, physical body, mind, spirit, friendship, compassion, free time ...

Lack of time or tiredness are the most frequent excuse for not taking care of your body and mind. Overt signs of tiredness and wear are ignored and only when the disease sets in, or an emotional shock shakes the structure, we stop to think..

I felt that to take care I needed to learn more, my professional path continued with training in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I completed a Master's Degree in Natural Medicine, Osteopathy and Sacro-Cranial Therapy. Postgraduate studies in the field of natural nutrition enabled me to work with crucial tools, still little valued as therapeutics, which are food.

By training and professional experience I prioritize the power of the body's regeneration. Misinformation and unaccountability can promote unhealthy habits, which continue to lead to illness.

I assumed as a mission to care, inform and train in health. It motivates me to provide information and simple and practical tools to change habits, attempting to contribute to a new mentality, that of accountability, for our health and the health of our family. Caring through conventional and unconventional medicines, integrating information, care, optimizing and enhancing the benefits of the best available knowledge and adjusting the best to each individual.

We are all unique! And as such, the uniqueness of the pathology and the condition in which it developed call for personalized treatment. Rehabilitation involves targeted treatments and the learning of techniques that activate the regeneration mechanisms.

Sometimes people ask what is the best treatment for a certain pathology. There is no simple and direct answer, it depends on the patient, the disease, its evolution and so many other factors, and how far the patient is willing to go to change life habits.

To ensure better health and quality of life, it is necessary to set goals that require decisions and commitments demanding a balanced multidisciplinary approach and methodology.
