MEDITATION

Meditating with individual help will take you to another level. Your doubts can prevent you from starting or even maintaining a regular practice. After an individual conversation, a program (or just a session) is built to initiate or help you in daily meditation.

You may simply need help to know which techniques are most suitable for you, which are the basic steps, ideal posture, how to breathe... As for the ideal technique for you, after different options, you will feel in your heart, the one that makes more sense at that moment in your life.

Breathing is very important. If this is your chosen anchor to stay present in the practice of meditation, you'll need to master some basic techniques. That's whay it's so important to feel confident in the return of the mental wandering, that happens when you meditate.

It's important to practice efficient breathing and thus enjoy the benefits coming from optimum oxygenation, being aware of the work of the diaphragm, intercostal muscles and focus that works our mind to stay here (meditate). This breathing process is not automatic, it is necessary to train, automate and make some steps aware.

Before you start meditating with advanced techniques, you'll need to learn how to breathe efficiently, since it's a wonderful meditation by itself. By practicing some breathing techniques, you are massaging your internal organs, efficiently working on your breathing capacity, your diaphragm and all the intercostal muscles involved in the process of breathing in and out.

Breathing more efficiently helps optimizing the supply of oxygen to all cell. Efficient exhalation is also necessary to eliminate more efficiently and, without it, there will be no great inspiration. It is one of the most efficient weapons to change the quality of your life.

When you breathe more efficiently, you feel more energetic, react less (reactivity) and act more assertively and calmly.

In the first 3 sessions we will always work with breathing in a conscious way. As the technique flows, we advance at your pace.

Breathing can thus be your anchor at any time of the day, in any type of stress or situation where you need to remain calm and focused. You will see that, with practice, magic happens.
